Molly is a Catahoula Leopard Dog which is the state
dog of Louisiana. We rescued her at 7 months old.
This picture was taken on that day she became ours
when her owner said ‘you can have her if you want
her’. It breaks my heart to think that up until
that day, she had lived her life chained to a dog
house living in a dust bowl exposed to all the
elements. |
This is Molly enjoying the couch a few days after
she came to live with us. She adjusted quickly to
living in a house, laying on the couch and enjoying
the air conditioning and heating systems!! |
